Hamble Leadership Academy take part in
Leadership camp, gaining qualifications

During the early part of the year the Hamble Gymnastics Academy took part in a 2 day leadership camp run by the Leadership Academy coordinator.
The camp was split into 2 days where the first day they looked into proficiency award coaching and the second day the academy members took part in a key steps judging examination.

As a result all of the academy members have received both the Key Steps judging qualification and also the British Gymnastics Helpers Award.
We hope that all our leaders will stay actively involved in gymnastics and maybe even look for career opportunities in the sport whether it be coaching, Media or administration roles.
