Dynamo’s Girls in Gymstars Open
at Rushmoor Gymnastics Academy

Last weekend, Dynamo’s girl’s squad took part in the Gymstars Open at Rushmoor Gymnastics Academy.

In Level 3, Amelie Goosey put in a good performance competing new skills to place 9th overall and 6th on Bars. In Level 3 OOA Tiger Weidner placed 21st.

In Level 2 OOA, Olivia Essex placed 6th overall also picking up 6th on Bars, Beam & Floor. Team mate Ellen Martin was close behind in 7th overall, picking up 5th on Vault and 6th on Beam.

In the Espoir competition, Tayah Askham competed on Bars only but put in a solid performance placing 7th on Bars. Amy Layzell competed all 4 apparatus, finishing 11th overall.

In the Junior competition, Danielle Barnes finished 8th overall, and after competing her double back on floor for the first time picked up 5th place on Floor & Vault.

In the Senior competition, Chloe Brebner competed in 2 apparatus. Chloe finished in 1st place on vault for her Straight Yurchenko and finished in 5th on Beam.

A great weekend for the Dynamo girls, who will now continue their preparation for upcoming competitions next month.
